GECO consultants enjoy an excellent reputation in the IT market. In order to maintain this, we place a lot of value on our extensive quality assurance paying special attention to our customers' project needs.
The quality control of our project staff is implemented on our web-based and patented Skill and Competence Screening solution beCertified. The application is used worldwide by renowned companies such as EADS. The technical skills and psychological characteristics (soft skills) of applicants can be tested in web based assessments taking into account individual requirements with the help of this application. Only the project or job description is considered an individual requirement. We offer a variety of preconfigured tests particularly for technical fields, for example help desk staff, roll out helper or technician to name a few. A participant who passes the test achieves the status of „GECO Certified Expert“. Using this test and our personal experiences (customer feedback and performance) as a basis, the participant can also achieve the status of "GECO Certified Partner" or "GECO Preferred Certified Partner".
Every achieved status level is documented with a GECO Certificate. The successful consultant or technician can use the certificate for any job application he or she chooses, including those that are not for positions with GECO's customers.
GECO customers in the technical industry can request proof of certification for project staff at any time.
Additionally, we offer preconfigured soft skills tests free of charge for consultants whose results are documented in extensive empirical analyses.
Individual customer specifications can be documented in individual customer certifications.
We offer all customers and consultants registered on the GECO Portal the option of quality control free of charge.
With Fraunhofer Institute for Software and Systems Engineering (ISST) we have an in-depth partnership in the areas of conception, realization and implementation of competence models for professional knowledge and soft skills in the IT industry.
